EXCHANGE POLICY:
A like and repairable part must be received in our facility WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE SHIPMENT. If the exchange part is not received in our facility within that time, you will be additionally and appropriately billed. If the exchange is not a like and repairable part it returned to you with a written notification to provide a like and repairable part within 5 business days. If one is not received within that time, you will be additionally a appropriately billed.

DOA POLICY:
We must be notified within 5 business days to claim a DOA. The DOA part must be returned within 5 days of receipt of the part. Failure to return within 5 days will result in additional and appropriate billing charges. RSTI must be given the opportunity to furnish a replacement part(s) for the DOA part(s) otherwise the DOA claim will be null and void and the original pricing will apply.

WARRANTY CLAIMS:
To place a warranty claim, we must be notified within 30 days from date of shipment. Failure to return the Warranty part within 5 days of notification will result in appropriate billing charges. RSTI must be given the opportunity to furnish a warranty replacement part(s) otherwise the warranty claim will be null and void and the pricing will apply.

RESTOCKS:
If a part needs to be returned for credit, you will need to call in and get an authorization number and the part must be received back at our facility within 5 days of shipment and the following restock fee will apply:

  • Unopened – 25%
  • Opened – 30%
  • After 5 days – Cannot Be Returned
  • If a part is returned without an authorization number, it will NOT be accepted as a valid return and no credit will be issued.
